Sr. Pastor / Head of Staff: Rev. Dr. Christina Hosler

I am excited to be a partner in ministry with the folks at Paris, affectionately known as the Paris-ites   On January 1, 2016 I celebrated my 12th anniversary at Paris.  I am a second career pastor, previously working for an Investment Brokerage Firm and a Title Insurance Company.  I received a B.S. in Human Resource Management from Geneva College, where I graduated with Highest Distinction.  I graduated from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary (PTS)  in 2004 with a Masters of Divinity, and I was ordained in January 2005.  I returned to PTS in 2007 and graduated in 2010 with a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) Degree, with a focus in Reformed Christian Spirituality.  My additional certifications include:

  • Certified Spiritual Director and member of Spiritual Directors International.
  • Certified Trainer for Soul Shop: Ministering to Suicidal Desperation.

For my own personal enjoyment, I have been playing the flute for more than 40 years and I am a member of the West Hills Symphonic Band.

Associate Pastor: Rev. Tara Fanton

Greetings and welcome! What a blessing it has been to serve and worship with the folks of Paris Presbyterian Church. In October 2014 I received a call from the Paris Church to serve as an Associate Pastor. In January 2015 I was ordained and installed.  I am a Westminster College graduate (2004) with a B.A. in Christian Education. I have seven years experience serving as Director of Christian Education/Youth in the Washington, PA area and a year serving as a solo pastor at the Peters Creek Presbyterian Church.  In 2008 the Holy Spirit convicted me to attend the Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. I graduated with my Masters of Divinity (M.Div) degree in 2013. The best part of seminary, however, was meeting my husband, Wray! He too is an ordained minister (American Baptist).  Wray and I live in Coraopolis, PA with our furry, Golden Retrieve, Wyatt! We enjoy traveling, friendly rounds of golf, watching football (every game!) and yes, X-Box. We pray that our home is a place for family and friend to always feel welcome.

I look forward to meeting you! Grace and Peace,
Rev. Tara
