Table of Hope: The Table of Hope is a ministry associated with the First United Methodist Church in Weirton, WV, that provides free meals and hope to people in need. If you would like to donate there is a con on the table outside the office. Thank you for your donation!
Bible Study: On Tuesdays from 1p.m. to 2 p.m. starting April 10, Susan
Spencer-Smith will lead a weekly Bible study in Fellowship Hall. The study will
begin with The Acts of the Apostles, an exciting and pivotal Bible book about
the birth and early growth of the Church. Please feel free to attend any or all
sessions. Free study materials will be provided. If interested in attending,
please sign the sheet on the table outside the church office. Thanks! See you

Every Thursday from 10:00 am-11:00 am we have a group of women from the
community who come together here at the Church and make mats for the homeless. They
are in need of volunteers to come crochet mats. If you are unsure how to
crochet don’t let that stop you from coming. We will teach you. If you have any
questions, please contact the office at 724-729-3450.
Fundraiser: We will be selling Rada Cutlery starting Sunday, April
8, 2018. All proceeds will benefit the Rolling River Rampage Vacation Bible
School. Catalogs and order forms will be located in the Coffee Shop. Cash or
checks will be accepted (write all checks to Paris Presbyterian Church.) If you
have any questions, please contact Kelsey at 724-729-3450. Place all completed
order forms on the desk in Kelsey’s office.
Vacation Bible School: There is a sign-up sheet outside Kelsey’s office for
anyone that is interested in volunteering this year. Also, please feel free to
contact Kelsey at the office or email at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions, ideas, ect.
May Friendship Day: sponsored by Church Women United, will
be held Friday, May 4, at the Oakland Presbyterian
Church. Breakfast begins at 10:00 followed by the program at
11:00. The Lighthouse (Domestic Violence Shelter) is in need of
dishwashing soap, laundry soap, unscented fabric sheets and liquid fabric
softener, cleaning products, and children’s diapers. Please place your donation

MINISTRY TEAM UPDATES
Work Wednesdays: Building and Ground Crew meets 6 P.M.
Worship: We are looking for some people to operate sound system and/or computer. Training will be provided. Please see Austin Michael. The next meeting will be May 1st at 5:00 pm.
Christian Ed: Emily Degenkolb and Heather Baker have volunteered to teach the Kids' Sunday School class. They are looking for a few other volunteers to also help with teaching. If you are interested please contact Emily, Heather, or Rev. Tina to get on the schedule.
Outreach: Meets the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm. Come and share your ideas for ways we can minister to our community. The next meeting will be May 15th at 6:30 pm.
